It's almost a tradition for Canadian carriers to release phones after the same phones were introduced in the US, so we shouldn't be surprised if, say, Telus would soon announce the LG Versa -- available through Verizon for quite a while now.
Since Verizon's Versa is the VX9600, the Versa for Telus should be the CX9600 (Telus' LG phones have CX in their names: LG CX8600 Chocolate Flip, LG CX830 Vantage, LG CX380 etc).
Well, the LG CX9600 has been approved by the Bluetooth SIG as a CDMA phone, which makes it more than usable via the Telus network.
Verizon sell the LG Versa for $179.99 on contract, and we expect Telus to offer it for a similar price.
