LG KM555 Shine Touch from Telus

Update: it was a mistake from LG Canada, the KM555 is not coming to Telus, but only to Rogers.

The LG KM555 might be launched in Canada not only by Rogers, but also by Telus, as LG Shine Touch. LG Canada's official website has recently added the KM555 to its list of phones, and Telus appears as the handset's carrier (go to the Specifications page to see it). So this is an official confirmation of the handset's release (unless someone mixed up some details or something).

The LG KM555 Shine Touch is a touchscreen phone with a 3-inch WQVGA display, S-Class UI, Wi-Fi, HSDPA, 3 Megapixel camera and microSD card support. Notably, it appears that Telus' LG Shine Touch KM555 has 128MB of onboard memory, unlike other versions of the KM555, which have 40MB.

Telus also sells phones like LG BL40 New Chocolate, LG Versa 9600, LG Masterpiece 7100, LG Banter and LG 5500.

  5. does anyone know if you can add a mobile pdf/doc viewer to this using the java platform?? this phone would be perfect if it had the viewer!!
