LG VS750 for Verizon hits the FCC

LG VS750 will be Verizon's first smartphone made by LG. Unfortunately, it looks like it runs Windows Mobile 6.5, so users will be able to upgrade it to Windows Mobile 6.5.3, but not to Windows Phone 7 Series.

If this doesn't bother you, the LG VS750 has been approved by the FCC, so Verizon could launch it any day now. The VS750 has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, plus both EV-DO and GSM/HSDPA connectivity -- it's a world phone.

The LG VS750 might be a customized version of the GM750, but we can't yet be sure of that.

Verizon has recently launched the LG Accolade VX5600, a simple flip phone that can be yours for free if you're willing to give two years of your contract-agreement-life to VZW.
